Last night was my first chance to play Dishonored 2, a game I have really looked forward to eventually getting. (I played a LOT of Dishonored and all its DLC. Surprise!)
Anyway, when my wife Kristy is watching, I tend to do a Strongbad voice while playing because she thinks it is hilarious. She made this Twitter account to document Strongbad Attano’s adventures, and it hasn’t been updated in years because it’s just more of the same game. But now, with Dishonored 2, we’ve fired it up again.
I honestly don’t know if these are better with context (if you are familiar with the game you can probably identify some of the moments that inspired the quips) or without.

Hey, I wanted to see how John Harper runs Blades, I mean the final version. Could anyone tell me from which episode of the series is the final version of the game being used?

Watching the Bloodletters stories and drinking some of my beer and i’m starting to imagine a “Dusk Ale” i picture something like a medium/high class drink. Dark, with Skovlan barley, bittered with some kind of mushroom that has some spicey and smokey notes.
Meaby there’s a stronger version for the nobilty.. meaby aged in leviathan blood barrels..
I will make a real version, to drink when we play in a real table.
I don’t generally clear enough time to binge-watch anything, but I am officially a Bloodletters junkie!
I don’t generally clear enough time to binge-watch anything, but I am officially a Bloodletters junkie! I swear, I only checked in to get a feel for the rules! Now, it’s ten days later and I’ve spent 48 hours of that time watching John Harper, Adam Koebel, Sean Nittner, and Stras Acimovic create an amazing story and I’m hooked. Still not caught up (wrapping up episode 14 on YouTube as we speak), but it won’t be long til I’m up to speed. Thanks to everyone. I’m dying to run this myself (gonna be a week or two til my group wraps up our current game). Great stuff gang!
