Is there any hack made for the Western genre?
I thought it would be cool if you play a gang of desperados ride over a lawless county. And we may use some supernatural shit like indian voodoo or wildland legendary monsters because it is natural for people there being superstitious.
I suppose it will be basically the same game with re-skin of Blades in the Dark.
I wonder anyone knows previous work like this.

It is about faction tier and quality affecting the action’s effect.
1) if a PC goes against someone/something of a faction with higher tier, does every action get ‘limited Effect’ by default?
2) if the answer of 1) is correct, if the faction has two tier higher than PC’s crew, does actions against them has no effect(by reducing two degree of effect from standard effect) unless PCs make some way to defeat the obstacle?
3) Can faction tier difference(=inferior quality) affect PC’s position, not only effect??

My campaign has come to the 4th session, and the Scoundrels are having their advancements. Especially, they train a lot in downtime and increase their combat actions.
As most of PCs now have a three-dot action, things are getting easy. Things are different now than the start of the campaign, which was a harsh struggle with limited stress bar since filling the stress was only way to survive Duskwall.
I want to keep the game challenging and all of the players agree to this.
What are the options I can deploy to keep it interesting when PCs are getting stronger? Please let me know your wisdom, BitD gurus. 🙂

I am officially in love with this game, Blades in the Dark.
I am a hardcore ‘Powered by the Apocalypse’ RPG fan, and this is absolutely the best RPG I have ever seen. Everything in this game is made to work as a whole in the most delicate way.
The only drawback is that I cannot find any satisfaction from other RPGs now. Now I expect this level of quality and it is nowhere to be found other than here. I just hope that there will be other game with other genres using the advanced techniques of BitD.
Thank you John Harper for this amazing game. I can dare say it is a meaningful contribution for the humanity.
