Nope. There will usually not be enough time during a score to truly destress.
If you mean stuff like:
During a scene of our score, our Slide does not care to investigate who in the boat, is part of the conspiracy trying to kill him. Instead, he blissfully has some “fun time” with the bo’sun.
That earns him experience (as in the questions at the end of the character sheet).
