For the Cutter, Fine Heavy Weapon… I need some inspired ideas. Would something like a whip be ok? I am thinking of a sharpened belt like gangs in Victorian London used. If not I am keen to your ideas.

Maybe a chain, if it’s heavy. The Cutter in my campaign used his old Rail jack lightning hook as his heavy weapon.
How about one of those blunderbuss/axe things?
The sharpened belt is a cool idea. I also like the chain idea. What is the background maybe someone associated with where he was raised or a past profession?

Thanks for the input guys. I settled on a sharpened belt buckle as my scary tool. We are Bravos focusing on extortion, my light weapon is a simple dagger, my heavy ended up being a sword version of a gut knife used to clean leviathan corpses.
