Possible error?
at Page 170 in the right column there are examples of attune attempt.
It is stated what happens on 4-5 two time for the first two examples.
Are those errors (should they be 4-5 on the first row and 1-3 on the second)? Or are those just two possible outcome of the same roll?

This happens several times throughout the Actions section of the book, and highly unlikely to be an error. Those are examples of how to use specific Consequences, resulting from a particular die roll. Compare with the breakdown of Positioning and the Consequences permitted on 4/5 vs 1-3 for each of Controlled, Risky, Desperate.
