that’s it. There is also the special edition pdf as well but 8.1 is the latest.
^ And special edition is identical except for the added U’duasha material
Yep, but it is not as updated as the printed rulebook, as the wrong rules about cash demonstrate.
Yep, 8.1 is current. The print version has a few typos corrected and one change (the amount of stash Blades get when a crew advances: 2 + Tier)

Yep, we’ll be updating the PDF as well. We’re waiting till the POD version goes out (fingers crossed that will be soon and then will update PDF across all formats.
Now all my tons of highlights on the PDF are useless. XD
Tangentially, Sean Nittner, the day before yesterday I found a reference to “sixteen” actions on the PDF. Do you want me to point you to that, or has it been corrected yet?
