I’ve recently been reading a web novel called Twig that I think might be of interest of Blades fans. It follows a group of orphans who work as spies/assassins in an alternate biopunk version of the 1920s in which the industrial revolution never occurred and was instead replaced by a biotechnology revolution. Second that, twig is as blades as it gets.For example – a reacuring theme in the story is that Sylvester don’t know how to fight. He can murder people just fine, but in an actual, you know, skirmish, he’s really bad (Canter Haigg, I’m looking at you XD)
