Just like everything in the game, you can pick up dice equal to the pips and roll them as a form of Fortune roll. Do the cops show up? Does the crew find a mark? Etc etc.
Thanks! Can I ask where it says that? I’ve read every version of the rules and played many as well, don’t have it on me to read through the entire thing yet again…
Page 34, Fortune Rolls, explains using Traits to make Fortune Rolls. The stats for Districts are called out as “Traits” on the district sheets.
