Hi, with the help of Stras Acimovic  , Adam Sexton  & Dalton Randall  the first round of Charactersheets are finished. So far I have ~ 9 People interested in taking part in the playtesting which should be enough to get 3~4 People together each time. If someone else like to join let me know.

There are plenty of mechanic tweaks resulting from the group chat yesterday.

Here is the finished draft of the Sellsword Playbook.

  1. New Mechanics:

    Flaw & Drive:

This ones help to define the character but also grant XP if played out in the session in a meaningful way.

    Harm Boxes:

Each player starts with 2 Slots for Injuries, 2 Slots for Wounds, 1 Slot for Dying.

Each Point in FORCE increase the number of Slots, starting from Injuries.

    Corruption Boxes:

Each player starts with 4 Slots against arcane/chaos/daemonic corruption. Works like stress against supernatural dangers.

Each 2 Points in INSIGHT increase the number of Slots. (Max +2) More Resistance is granted by Abilities or Blessings.

    Stress Boxes:

Each player starts with 6 Slots for stress, each point of resolve increase it by one.

    UPDATED New Abilities and Backgrounds.

  2. Nope, shedules will be up soon.

Its mission base like the scores of BitD. You are part of an Expedition and try to accomplish your missions within one session. (~3 hours sessions)

Only for big missions, there might be the need for some coherent players, but I make sure the expedition is taking camp before the bigger missions to make swapping players easier.

  3. I’d like to try, giving schedules. Our real-life gaming has moved to Sundays, though. At the very least I would hope to see a video and, if needed, give feedback on mechanics. I really like the premise.

Oh, is there a playbook that would allow for a “mystical woodsman” type?
