Spontan hack idea: Game of Blades.
Very little might be done to have it achieved. Most of the characters in ASoIaF behave like scoundrels anyway and they certainly got a problem with cults and undead,.. they even got a throne made of blades.

okay that sounds like it really could work. have a map of territories that you could mark your family’s influence on…
I would rename the playbooks too, but other than the Whisper, their abilities work well within the GoT setting.
Whispers could be Maesters.
Well or Red Priests/Priestress, Wargs, Greenseer, Follower of the old Gods or the drowned God,… maybe someone who collaborates with the White Walker…
Be nice to have a setting where your on top looking down vs on the bottom looking up.
Leech would become Maester, Cutter could be Knight or Sellsword, Spider could most likely stay Spider, Hound becomes Huntsman, Slide would become Mummur maybe. This is all without changing anything other than the item list.
Whisper would need to have their entire ability list reworked. I would definitely include options for Wargs, Green Seers, and other things we have seen.
I think AGoT could work very well as a Tier 5+ game, with PCs commanding larger factions, their ‘gangs’ comprising banner houses, mercenary companies, etc. That would make it much more wide-screen, though.
Going to slightly backtrack, and say the only ones that I feel really need name changes are Hound, Slide and Whisper (although without seeing the Leech playbook, they still seem a natural fit for Maesters to me)
Leeches could be guys like Varys or Littlefinger when they are at full frutation ^^

I would place Varys and Littlefinger as Slides or Spiders. Although Varys in particular has been connected to poison, they don’t seem to have the knowledge base I think of for Leeches.
Ohhhh, I like those. I would go with Head, Knife, and Courtier
Slides could be as well people from Dorne.

With the book renamed to either Sands or Snakes?
(Didn’t picture the Slide as much academic as a Maester is, plus most of those can’t as much participate)
