  2. There’s no doubt in my mind  that it could easily happen. I’d imagine it’d be an epic even to recreate an event like the end book 1 with all the houses in a showdown. I mean CHOAM, the Fremen, Harknonnens, the Spacing Guild, the Bene Gesserit…..basically everyone had a hand in that event. I’d also love to see God Emperor played out….ok any of them for that matter. 

  3. I don’t know if they will do house v. house intrigue, but I have heard that the two science fiction play sets we are currently working toward are inspired by Dune in some ways.

  4. I was kidding with my initial post here, which either didn’t go through or got deleted but I think this game wouldn’t be the best fit for Dune.

    Hell I don’t know if any game can do Dune, even Burning Empires… but maybe its because the source material seems so big to me. 

    Having said that anything’s possible, … but I’ve got to know,  what about this game do you think would add to a game set in that universe?

  7. I guess I really am throwing 20.00 dollars at this it’s a value. And though I th in house vs. House is totally do able.. Is there a crew vs. Crew mechanic?

  10. Thanks john and everybody. Reading the QuickStart I saw all the elements of a game like Dune Chronicles of the Imperium. I expect it’ll be modified to avoid copywrite issues, but exact recreation isn’t crucial for me. I look forward to the SF play sets!
