Quick question: in the Playbooks, for veteran advances, it says you may choose an ability from another source. (Note the Crew sheet specifically says from another Crew sheet). So, does this mean a playbook may take an ability from a Crew sheet as a veteran advance? For example, I would like my Lurk/Whisper to take Emberdeath.

A questions for the Powers that Be: Will those of us that missed the Kickstarter be able to have access to the design files? Has enough time passed from the KS? I’m itching to hack some playbook.

Has anyone had a character switch to a ghost playbook yet? How did it go? How did it affect the game?

I’ve got a character that has an unhealthy obsession with ghosts and have been eyeing the ghost playbook lately.

I apologize for the shotgun questions. My group played Blades yesterday, and a couple of questions came up.

1) Wanted Level:

1a) Can Wanted Level go above 4?

1b) When you roll entanglements, you roll a number of dice equal to your Wanted Level. Do you resolve an entanglement for EACH die rolled? Or do you take the highest die result if you have a Wanted Level of 2+?

2) Why do I think that Lord Scurlock is/was the (maybe secret?) head of the Spirit Wardens? I could have sworn I read it in the book, but have been searching and not finding it. I’ve also watched a lot of Actual Plays… so was it maybe in one of those and I am just misremembering? Anyone else have the same memory?

I just got to week 19 part 4 of RollPlay Blades, and after wiping away the tears and mending my broken heart for Aldo and Bell, I am left with some confusion that I am hoping John Harper might be kind enough to clarify.

*SPOILER AHEAD*

Is the reason why Bell cannot become a Reconciled because she was bound to her diary? My impression was that Bell was hoping to become a Reconciled all along, but I may be mis-remembering.

Also, if this is supposed to be a mystery still, its all good. I am hoping to catch up this weekend and catch the live stream on Sunday. But after that emotional exchange, I am left drained and questioning!

Sean Nittner – if Alliance has left-over books in this initial shipping, would it be possible to purchase extras? I ask because a couple of my player’s said they were going to purchase books, but ended up not due to finances at the time – and I would happily purchase books for them if they are available.

In theory the books have started shipping. Has anyone received theirs yet?
