I’m having trouble importing the full city Duskwall map to roll20, anyone else have this problem / have a fix?

Convert pdf to png, crop image in Paint.net and voila? I just opened the pdf, took a screenshot, then cropped the image in Paint.net (which is free, and there are other free Photoshop like programs online.) you can do online search for free pdf to pgn converters
thanks! Ideally I’d like to be able to convert just that page without screenshotting… I’ll tinker around a bit.
You could alternatively d/l Brad Elliott’s maps from the Hacks and Add Ons section as they are already available in JPG format.
Yep! I did all that fixing and cutting apart so you don’t have to. Should be good enough resolution, too. If not, let me know, I might be able to re-do something for you if you need it.
Brad Elliott Looking at the maps you kindly posted I see that they use a Font called Dark for some of the text. Which ‘Dark’ font would that be and where can I grab it from? TIA
Hey, Nigel! I will put the font into the Maps folder when I get home from work tonight. It’s the ‘Dark 11’, if that helps.
Thanks Brad Elliott I was wondering what all the Wing dings were doing on the map then the light bulb went on 🙂
(puts on plaintive expression) “But I thought everybody had Wingdings…”
Howdy, Nigel! The Dark11 font (which does indeed seem to be free and not have any licensing information) has been placed in the ‘Fonts’ folder of the Maps Dropbox. Enjoy!
Also, I’m curious to see people’s custom maps, too! While I’m quite pleased with my versions, I have no particular need to have them be definitive. 🙂
