Oh no! One of my players is used as the example of being a weasel on the “Players: Best Practices” page!

Now I just have to decide if I’ll let him read that page.

  1. Our shorthand for this is ‘summon a spirit of fireballs’ from an old Mage campaign where one of the players tried to use Spirit in place of just about every other sphere! 🙂

  2. Andrew Shields Oh yeah, for sure he’ll never see it unless I show it to him. None of my players are the type to purchase (let alone read) Indie RPG books, or hang out on forums. I’m the weird guy that forces them to try stuff that isn’t 5E D&D.

  3. I thought it was a perfect example, so I included it, but I can easily shift the exact details if it’s an issue, Mark. Let me know if I should change it.

  4. I’m pretty sure I learned all the subheadings on that page from good old dad: Plan Now, Act Later; Don’t be a weasel, Take responsibility; Embrace Scoundrel Life, Use your Stress Boxes.
