Quick question – what is “raw electroplasm”? We’re about to start a Hawkers game and that’s apparently what Spark is made from – but what IS it? If I’m understanding correctly, electroplasm is what you get when you refine Leviathan blood (traditionally done in the Skov city of Lockport), so is “raw” electroplasm just unrefined Leviathan blood?

Aye
Matt Kay Excellent – works for me! Cheers, mate.
I should probably have expanded on that a bit. Unrefined leviathan blood is my personal interpretation, but there may well be others, and all are valid. Canon is what you make it with Blades.
Matt Kay hmm, true that. At any rate, I’ll go with it because a) it makes good sense to me, and b) everything is 1000% better with the inclusion of demon blood
Nathan Dorey Indeed!
Maybe demon blood becomes “electroplasmic” when it leaves a demon’s body — discharging energy and disrupting the ghost field. That’s the raw stuff, which is made more stable and energy-efficient once refined.
John Harper ooooh, I like it!
I thought of electroplasm as life energy, and the leviathan blood remains alive outside of the body and must be specially treated to gain that energy in usable form. I think that raw electroplasm would be ghostly residue (like Slimer’s slime, but electric.) My players have actually become scarred from killing ghosts and having the bits of electroplasm splatter against their faces.
Zachary Miller hey, that’s pretty damn cool!
Yeah, that’s great.
