I’ve always looked at the Inspectors as the detectives of the Doskvol police force and are called out after a crime has been reported, while the Bluecoats are the uniformed officers patrolling the city and attempting to keep the peace. Maybe there’s potential for another hack: Law & Order – Doskvol. You could do a police procedural involving Whispers as arcane forensics experts, Leeches examining blood splatter patterns and gunshot residue (and perhaps discovering fingerprints), Slides running interrogations on the usual suspects. Or maybe this would be covered with the Bluecoats supplement?
