But what if the lowest rating is a 0? IS that still 2d6, take lowest?

And just for clarities sake, it is your lowest ATTRIBUTE (Insight, Prowess, Resolve) not lowest ACTION (Skirmish, Prowl, Attune, ect)
Yes. Whenever you are supposed to roll 0 (or less) dice in Blades, you roll 2d6 and take the lowest.

I think it’s the lowest as usual… my reasoning is that the “highest die result” of 0d roll is actually the lowest of 2d6 (since you obviously can’t roll 0 dice)… am I making any sense? 😀
