There is a special ability ‘Renegades’ in Smugglers crew sheet. It allows +1 to one of the three actions listed. I suppose when the crew selects this special ability each character marks a dot to applicable action. Now, does everyone has to choose the same action to mark or is it OK if one character choose Finesse and another Prowl for example?

Each member of the crew can pick the action that they like. Also the ability allows a starting character to have up to 3 dots in the action that they choose as normally you are limited to a maximum of 2 dots at character creation.
