  1. Honestly, they’re pretty much anything you want them to be, based on your interpretation of the Way. In our game the Way has a very dark aspect to it and touches the Void (a ghostly dimension mirroring real space) and Way creatures are life-hungry apparitions or corporeal monstrosities that are infused with Way energies. Go with what you think is cool.

  2. the Cowboy Bebop episode 11 “Toys in the Attic” (“Heavy Rock of the Dark Night”) might give some inspiration as to what encounter with way creature will look like

  3. As above, many details in S&V are painted in broad strokes and left for GMs to fill in specifics, though there are a few references in the setting text. In my game, the main way they have come into play is via The Agony, where they are sort of unpleasant symbiotes/parasites. My group has faced off with Agony members with living weapons (“bioware”) grafted to their bodies.
