3. I was being uncharitably quick; underlying idea being you have resources to build tools, which is awesome.

4. Sadly no on the sheets.

   Ships are complicated. If you look, the different ship systems have different counts/max ratings. So the highest your engines or hull can go varies from ship to ship, so there’s no easy way to do “blank”.

   William was being flippant, but the easiest way to customize is indeed to snag the pdf and just do some edits in acrobat.
