A question for the group…
1. Has anyone integrated Fiasco into Blades? I’m thinking about doing it as a “flashback” to show how the characters got their start as a crew. I’ll have to do some tweaks (e.g. they can’t die). I also want a role for the GM, but would have to force that the GM’s character is NOT part of the crew by the end. The session would actually have an impact on the game – it will impact starting faction relationships, potential rivals, etc.
That sounds like it would be incredibly fun, if possibly a tad silly. Let us know how it all shakes out after the Tilt, would you?

I’ll probably give it a shot for a dieselpunk hack that I start playtesting in a couple of weeks.
I wrote a playset for my group for us to play out other stories in the city of Duskwall as a release valve/when not everyone could make it/on weeks I just didn’t feel like GMing. They didn’t play as their own characters, but the things that happened in the Fiasco games showed up every once in a while in the main campaign.
