Question: Can anyone write hacks/supplements/maps for Blades in the Dark and publish them on DriveThruRPG using an OGL? Or should we be seeking permission from ‘Evil Hat Games’ before we do? Many thanks.

I can’t answer your question in regards to the licensing, but I do know there was supposed to be some sort of “SRD-like thing” in the works for the system, and that creators/hackers were encouraged to refrain from wading too far in to any official work until that was out (but of course stuff for your own table or playtesting or such in the group seems to be fine).
