1. Yep! Null Vector is the game you want, but I don’t think any work has been done on it yet.

3. Travis Thompson there are heaps of hacks that should be coming out, but there’s no real information coming out about where they are in development.

   There are also multiple Shadowrun blades hacks out there… the two more complete looking ones are something like Karma in the Dark and Runners in the Shadows

6. I have seen some playbooks and Quickstart sheets from Siegfried Rabenstern it was called “Neon Chiffre” but it was more cyberpunk meets dystopian Blade Runner ’80 theme.
