Does anyone have a map with the start area’s of all the fractions?
Like the crows holding crow foot for instance?

They start wherever it’s convenient. =)
Check the faction section in the book, starting on 283. There’s no faction map, but a lot of the factions suggest particular districts they have an interest in.
Otherwise, yeah, they start wherever you want them to start.
There are a lot of situations where a faction is not limited to a particular area. For the Dockers, it makes sense that the area by the Docks is their territory, but for a group like the Path of Echoes, it’s a little less clear, as they have holdings in Charterhall, but also elsewhere. The Forgotten Gods is even more fragmented, as it’s not really one single faction, but a loose collection of smaller groups. And the Gondoliers and Cabbies travel all throughout the city.
