It’s a single toxin. The informative text under the ability on page 71 in the book itself reads as such:
You choose the type of drug or poison when you get this ability. You may change the drug or poison by completing a long-term project. Only a single drug or poison may be chosen—you can’t become immune to any essences, oils, or other alchemical substances.
The Cutter in my game chose this ability, he has taken Drown Powder and exudes it from his palms. He enjoys sneaking up behind his victims, covering their mouths and whispering “Shh, shh” in their ear as they choke. 😳
