Has anyone attempted or completed a “Blades of Serenity” hack that is characters and crews in a Firefly-like ‘verse. I was explaining Blades to my Dungeon World group and one player asked me “So like Badger’s crew on Persephone, or Niska’s crew?”
I’m sad that I didn’t think of that myself but it seems like it could be a good fit.
Maybe “Scum And Villainy” is what you seek?
That can be described as “Firefly with Jedi” 🙂

Brian Holland Scum & Villainy takes a lot of inspiration from Firefly, as has been mentioned (including several abilities being quotes from the show) and is due for its first major update Soon(TM), so yeah, keep an eye out for that.
It’s fairly bare bones right now, Firefly is nearly the only thing you can do in the current build. Still good, though.
