Nathan Roberts I once ran a game of a Peaky Blinders/Deadlands kind of thing. A lot of backgrounds in these are composited from that one’s clip art. So… Birmingham?
Oh that would give you lots of inspiration for a Blades Game! I’ve been re-watching Penny Dreadful, and a lot of the London ‘backdrops’ are similar gritty, industrial nightscapes. Perfect.
