How does everyone see the aesthetic of Blades in the Dark?
I’ve been looking at “victorian” era things, mixed with a bit of gothic steampunk?
Anyone else got any keywords that help identify images?

I basically use the Dishonored games as a baseline and work from there.
i really should get around to playing that game…
I tone down Steampunk everytime I encounter it. The game where Sherlock Holmes solved a Cthulhu Mythos -mystery would be my first go-to. (Awakened or something like that?)
The sheets with stuff for describing people, buildings and streets are really useful for this.
Kenny Crowe, I shun you!
Unshun.
You MUST play them! They are soooooo good!
I also mix in a bit of Penny Dreadful, as people I’m playing with have watched it.
ooh, that was another very cool series (Penny Dreadful) although it got a bit weird at times.. and poor frankenstien + his monster – those actors were way out of their depth compared to the others
