  1. I think this is one of those things that can vary from campaign to campaign, (the distance and the speed of the train?) I like the imperial city being only a day or 2 away.

  2. Yeah, given that ghosts haunt every square inch of the world that isn’t inside a lightning barrier, the distances can really be as long as you need/want them to be.

  3. The distances are usually going to matter less in most games I think than any potential complications arising because of/during travel. Often the more fictionally interesting thing is less the planning of your trip and the time whiling away the hours, and more the surprise scavenger assault on your train after they slowed it down by sabotaging the tracks as a result of a bad, bad fortune roll.
