Out of curiosity, does anyone know if there are any modern espionage (a la Jason Bourne or Ronin kind of stuff) renditions of the BitD ruleset in the works? I don’t recall one among any of the KS settings, but I wasn’t sure if an industrious fan out there had taken it upon themselves to make it happen.

If I had any idea where to even begin on such a hack, I might! Alas, I don’t have the play experience with BitD that I imagine is necessary to really dig in and make a playset.
I think it’d be pretty easy. I seem to remember hearing talk of people doing Shadow Run with the existing stuff and very little being changed. It’s mainly am issue of taking out supernatural stuff and then reskinning everything else for the modern day. Real mechanical stuff shouldn’t require too much hacking. Then again, Blades works better for something like The Wire than it does for something like Borne. It’s about an organization with relationships to other organizations, not primarily about individuals out on their own.
