Hey John, or anyone else who might know the answer,
I’m making a character using the hound playbook and i was wondering.
The double circles with the ghost hunter ability, does this mean it takes 2 advancements or does this mean i can stripe it off twice?

I think somewhere there is a note that it can be taken twice, each time giving the pet a different ability. Not that we have a full grasp of what those abilities do yet.
So that would mean that the veteran ability can be take thrice aswell?
Heinze Storck Yes on both counts. Ghost Hunter gives your pet up to 2 abilities and Veteran can be taken up to 3 times for abilities from other playbooks.
Yep, you can take it twice. And you can take Veteran three times.
When something “costs two”, instead, each box is connected by a little line, like Heavy Armor, or the Mastery crew upgrade.
