Hey John and anyone else who might have an idea,
First and formost, love the setting of Blades in the Dark.
I love it so much that I am thinking of writing a LRP of it.
My questions to you are the following:
Do you have any idea how to incorporate the system in the live roleplay?
Do you have any possible plothooks for the group, considering they won’t all be members of the same gang?

I would play that! Maybe a setup like the firefly larp, of gangs coming together for a common reason (newly discovered territory, an invading force threatening Duskwall’s equilibrium, or the city shield failing) would work? Having gangs who can quibble among each other would be great fun, I think, so it’d be cool to keep that signature aspect of the game.
You would need to group then by faction. But it could work. May need a few GMs though
I’ll propably have a GM or 3, and a player group of +- 30.
So that should be possible
