Could someone point me in the direction of a program that will easily generate, record and modify BitD-esque pie…
in roll20, i was able to add pie charts to the Map layer, and make segment markers on the Token layer. As i needed to update a clock, i would move a marker as needed.
I assume most VTTs offer the ability to move graphics onto layers like this.
You can use simple pie charts, or something more stylized to suit your tastes.
