If you joined the kickstarter you should have access to the quickstart. If not, you will have to join a group to play with, and they will be able to share it with you.
Kickstarter backers have access to a quick start via a backers-only update on the Kickstarter page.
If you backed the Kickstarter, check update #21 on the campaign for the latest version. Otherwise, I’m not sure.
