There will be many more Duskwall supplements coming in the future (and other cities, too). But since I’m doing those, I didn’t want to overload the core book project and cause delays.
Which is a good plan, John Harper, considering the absolute cacophony of people who are terrified of you doing that.

I think it was great that there was a quick start. That makes the game playable right now, and the rest is gravy. There is less suspense on when the rest of the project is done. I appreciate that; it’s not like we don’t get to play until things limp in six months late. That was a key factor in my decision to back the project–it sounded interesting, and I got to see right away whether it lived up to the image it projected.
