   Plus, there is a risk of extra taxes… :((

   Maybe there could be a central distributor?

   Or you guys can order multiple copies together.

9. Another question is how many of the unlocked extras will make it into the book.

10. As I understand it, the extras are mostly other people’s work, so they won’t affect the main book.
