  1. I think everyone who is not on point is Backup unless there is a fiction based reason for them not to be (they separated to do two tasks concurrently for example). That being said I don’t see multiple people using the follow up or face an effect at the same time.

    As far as the devil’s bargain, I also believe that is a once per roll thing.

    It could be that the players all get like “I got one.” “I got one. “I got one.” and maybe the player in question goes ” ‘kay I’ll take em all!” while he should only go for one. ^^;

  3. only one devils bargain can be accepted on any roll, but i could see a situation where one player offers a really rough devils bargain, the rolling player rejects it, and then another player follows up with an offer of a different devil’s bargain.
