I realy like how the new attribute skill mixture totally changes the character balances. The expert training facilities now also support very different developements of the characters action skills. Combined with the very changed Abilities, the Playsets seem to play out a lot diverse than before.

Any thoughts on this?

I draw a lot of inspirations from old photographed images for BitD, tjis avoids me to put fanrasy elements on top of my game style when i dont use already stylised Fantasy illustrations. Its not a bad thing but I want the surreal and fantastic elements Atem from my narrative. Not from the image. So historical photographies support my approach more. How do you see this?

Crews i had first noted but than found it a bit to spread:

– Privat Investigators

– Gentlemen’s Club

– Faculty of Ancient Lore

– Bootlegger

– Industrial Enterprise

– Arcane Cult

or

– The Circle (Occult)

– The Syndicate (Crime)

– The Enterprise (Buisness)

– The Agency (Espionage)

I decided that this time, the player should NOT be investigators or old professors deveiling the cosmic horrors, BUT be the ones calling them down into the world. In this way, we have 4 types of organisations, which are all interested to gain power (Influence, money, arcane, etc), expand their crews and rival with others.

Classes:

– The Brute (Warrior/Cutter/Hired Muscle)

– The Maverick (Rogue/Hound/Trickster/Gambler/Booker)

– The Pariah (Occultist/Whisper)

– The Prodigy (demagoge/Socialit/Slide/Industrialist/Crimeboss)

– The Seeker (Scientice/Journalist)

– The Enforcer (Killer/Police/Soldier)

– The Rake (Flapper/Flaneur/Boheme)

– The Libertine (Artist/Dancer/Musician/Rebell/Student)

This classes should catch most of the diverse social stands which could be interesting in a ’30 era story. At least in my opinion.

Hi, how much do scores earn your crews?

Hi, how much do scores earn your crews? I am having a hard time definding that. My normal rates are (2 Coin for a easy/medium Score) and (4 for complex/dangerous ones)

By the way, we are 8h into gaming, 2 sessions, and the Players still succeed to 1) to not doing an actual score or 2) be more than 10-30 Minutes of the play all together. What they done mostly yet were Splitting up or in pairs to look for informations. And I have about 10 campaign clocks activated by them, involving 8~10 of the other factions. The intrigiue Network is working quiet fine. But i feel a bit strange that we didnt scored at all yet. Any opinion?

The twist of this series seems to having a group of people sharing senses and skills as well as soem knowledge like languages. So I was wondering about if such a set up could be constructed into teamactions, where you can connect to the other characters powers and skills, by taking stress and some kind of setting stuff.

The possibility of mind communication and crossusing special abilities between large distances lead to a whole new way how a heist game could be running. Its not even out but I am thrilled to try this setting in a hack.
