So I’m working on a hack for a Spectrologist playbook (a tinker-esq class with a heavier focus on studying and academics and with a bit of a lean towards the supernatural), but just realized that Spectrologist as a name is too long for the box on the sheet. I COULD shrink the font size, but that puts it out of sync with the rest of the sheets and that others me, but that messes with the style guide and bothers me.

So I come here and all of you lovely people for suggestions. I’ve decided that the name I’ll use for the playbook would be a derogatory name for a Spectrologist that leaves academia to work in the criminal world as a part of their studies.

What can you give me?

Does anyone have any idea (or thoughts) what the two different styles of dots (one white, the other a bullseye) on The Shattered Isle map (last page of sheets) mean? At first I thought it was capitols, , but it just hit me that Imperial city isn’t marked as one, so that can’t be it. Is it major cities? Isn’t Lockport supposed to be really important, though?

Just curious.

Had a player point this out to me: Quicksilver gives +1d to Attune rolls at the cost of taking level 2 harm.

Had a player point this out to me: Quicksilver gives +1d to Attune rolls at the cost of taking level 2 harm. Level 2 harm reduces all of your rolls by -1d. So essentially when you take Quicksilver you don’t get any bonus, you just don’t hurt your Attune roll like you hurt everything else.

Is there something I’ve missed here?

Out of curiosity: how many people have Lord Scurlock as an open presence in Duskwall, or do you keep him as some kind of mysterious shadowy presence manipulating things from the shadows and through the underworld through arcane means?

Personally: I’ve made mine the head of a Hull-creating company.

Working on a hack to bring the city of Sevrin to life (as well as a couple of playbooks I think would be cool).
