One of my sharper eyed players has noticed that the special ability “As Good As Your Word” is autofilled on the Vigilantes sheet and insists that this is a ‘bonus’ special ability for all Vigilantes…but the text of the section on Special Abilities (Vigilantes 2.0 p6) does not call this out, making it the usual ‘default’ suggestion since it’s at the head of the list.

So, no brainer though it be, do they get AGAYW plus another special ability, or should that filled in dot be open unless selected?

Thanks much!

(Edit to correct where I was looking, as opposed to where we found the answer…after a fourth read-through…)

As you know, old chap, I’ve been out of town visiting the kinfolk in parts remote and mending a few electroplasmic fences in the process. Imagine my mingled surprise and alarm to find a parcel awaiting my attention ere I alighted the railway carriage and returned to my modest dwelling! I cannot say when this arrived with any precision (with my usual fortune, had I delayed departure a few hours I might have had it with me!) but here it is. It proved to be a tome of some mutual interest. I enclose a hasty sketch of the cover. Something to discuss over a proper round or two of drinks at the club, eh?

With all due respect and deepest regards,

Jerome Woodbrygg-Peckham

Silly question, but my google-fu is weak today and if it’s explicitly stated then I’ve missed it entirely.

The starting territory given the Thieves in the QS is three blocks along Ash Way between Cinder Street and Rye Street.  Where is this supposed to be on the map?

We know where the Lampblacks, Crows, and Red Sashes are, but unless the PC Crew is supposed to be headquartered in the Leaky Bucket, I’m not quite sure where the Drop should be placed.

“Great gig tonight, lads. I owe a guy, and he owes a guy, so he’s picking up a crate and deliver it to the Dimmer Sisters.  We’re his protection, right?  Now, his marker is that he really wants to know what’s in there, but we gotta make it look like an accident.  Easy money, right?  Nothin’ could go wrong with this one!”
