So…Staples…I am OK with them being assholes…but not with them being completely incompetent…
first time I go to pick the print of the QS (after emailing them the day before that I have permission to get it printed) I am told by the manager that she JUST (like 2 minutes earlier) sent me an email saying they need the author’s permission…
I call up the page on my phone and she says she doesn’t need it BUT they lost my files…
they give me a USB and I transfer the file and hand it over with a print out telling them what I want (landscape, etc)
they don’t have the right color card stock for the cover…
I find another color and print out 3 copies of the player stuff and they let me know it will be available tomorrow at 4.
GRRR…ok…that’s fine…I ask if they can please email me when it is done (in case it’s done early)
next day (today)I am shopping and I get a call from Staples around 3:00…
they are having problems with their cloud server and can’t retrieve my files.
once my blood pressure get back to normal I let them now they have in on USB.
Dude takes a few minutes, finds it and tells me
We can’t print this due to copyright issues…

I tell him that his fucking manager has already resolved that YESTERDAY and should have COMMUNICATED that…
after he stammers a few things out he realizes…oh…he can make it.
I finally pick it up and it’s not exactly right (didn’t need plastic covers)
but at this point I am fine with it.
