Yes, v8 is the final version. John has said that it goes to the printers in 2 weeks.

Yes. However when it’s released, we’ll also release a form so that if any errors are found we can correct them before sending the file to the printer. If it turns out errors (and we’re talking typos here, not rule changes) are found, we may release another final final draft.
