Can characters start out with 3 in an action rating if the crew are thieves? It says that during character creation it can’t go above 2 but the thieves first ability seems to override that.

Everyone steals allows three dots in prowl / finesse / tinker😀
But beware! One of the most spoken sentence in my sessions is “if I only had at least one dot in this action! Have to skill that” 🙂
Cool, that’s what I thought but it could be a tad clearer. Easy to read either way.
Yeah, it’s not super clear on the crew sheet. In the book, each ability has more text, so this is spelled out.
You can start with 3 dots via that ability.
