I see the the Thieves crew starts with a hidden lair. Do all crews start with a lair upgrade, and if so what would the Cult start with? I’m thinking Quarters.

In the current version, all crews start with 2 upgrades, one of which is a Training facility.
The Cult’s second upgrade is a little harder to notice, but they begin with a cohort: Adepts.
Good catch, although technically that would mean the cult starts with 3 upgrades since a cohort costs 2. Lucky them.
Just further evidence in favor of joining a cult. 🙂
Yep. Crews don’t need to be balanced against each other.
