Also since I missed the kickstarter, will I have to bu the extra playbooks/setting materials as seperate PDFs or are they all packaged together?

Release is supposed to be in November. All the Duskwall stuff should be in the base book, it is the alternate settings that will be sold as separate PDFs (since they are not actually owned by John). The only exception is Blades of the Jhereg, since that is owned by john but the licence only applied to the kick starter.
