8. You can’t really carry much else while you’ve got one, and you can’t pass unnoticed.
From my perspective, Heavy. Having carried 150 pound people, it’s like carrying a 150 pound duffle. It isn’t cooperative. It’s tiring. It’s annoying. And that’s me in plain clothes with a partner also dressed in plain clothes. Adding gear meant dragging. There’s no grace behind it; no sweeping off the feet. Just pull as far as you can. Stop. Rest. Repeat.
This how we interpreted the load in our game. Load is not the weight capacity of the pc, but how much stuffs he has access in his pack/pockets to use for the game.
In our last session, a pc with a load of 5 (normal) knocked a guard out. Then he took the body of the stunned guard with him, and we considered that he had a heavy load (6) : he was slower, a visible threat and had access to the guard stuffs.
When he hid the body, he got back at the normal load. Now that I think of it, we could have considered that he was in a lower position because of the weight, but we didn’t think about it.

Depends on what you’re doing with it.
If you just grab arms or feet and are dragging someone? Two. It takes two hands and is unwieldy like a polearm.
If you’ve got a firemans carry and you need to go any amount of distance? Five. And it’s obvious. You can have gear on you and still carry a body (see previous fireman example who has the equivalent of heavy armor).
This approximation’s worked out for us in our games (yes you have to drag compatriots back to camp often in Band).
