A fine night of navigating the dangerous streets and canals of Doskvol with Sean Nittner, Pete Cornell and Jason Bowell.
In which the Wobbegong Crew pay to avoid prison, learn that the Red Sashes snitched, witness the beginning of a serious rift in the Billhooks and take Red Sash turf for their own.

That was a great session to watch.
No Justice, No Peace! 😉
The Leaky Bucket’s on the GM reference at least.
I want to start weaving in pieces of Turf in my game that the players already know about and have some depth to them and from whom they would need to be taken. Rather than the players glancing down at their Turf map, deciding they want some Turf with a particular advantage & then me having to come up with something on the fly – something that won’t have any history behind it.
You want an action roll cheat sheet with more depth than the rules reference (sheet2)? Like it would have specific complications for kinds of actions/situations? Like AW moves like “Separate Them”?
If dishing out harm doesn’t make sense and I can’t think of a cool/appropriate complication-clock to start, my default is to describe the situation getting worse/ more desperate based on the fiction. Kind of like Danger Patrol. This escalates the situation, and puts off the decision giving me time to think of something more considered.
Always amazed by how quickly you can get these APs out & how thoughtful/interesting they are.
Matthew Gagan, I can’t tell you how cool it is to have you there, cheering us on in chat. I didn’t think I’d like that as much as I do but it is a real treat.
Thanks for reading the AP reports. I try to get them written right after the game. Sometimes it means I don’t catch something that I catch later after some reflection but I like having that record of play.
