So in a few words, everything went well :p
I’m glad you found enough players 🙂
Everything went well, I’d say. Three is a good number for this game.
Three worked pretty well, although I scraped by with 7 stress, a lost eye, and a disturbing ghastly encounter. I find that online games make turn-taking (in the linguistic, rather than the ludological sense) a bit more difficult (what with lag and cut-outs and all…). Therefore, three players is good.
Running Blades in the Dark with two is fine. I have maxed out at five players besides myself, that was pretty intricate in places.
