Are there fillable form versions of the sheets? The only ones I could find the creator added a ton of art and color to and that is not a format that I want to use. I just want the existing sheets in a format that I can fill in.

If you’re talking about my sheets, there’s a button at the top that lets you toggle the background on and off.
Is it device/software agnostic? I see something in the upper right corner in Documents and PDF Expert on my iPad but tapping it does nothing.

Matt Petruzzelli Note sure, I don’t have an iPad myself. If it doesn’t like Javascript that could be the problem. However, if your PDF reader lets you access the Layers, you could manually turn off the background layer.
Nope. Too fancy for me. I just need something that works on my Mac and my tablet without chaining me to Acrobat. Looks like Aurimas Černiauskas ‘s sheets may work.
