Some stuff from the session 0: The Bluecoats you play aren’t especially crooked (those would be Bravos) and they aren’t especially kind (those would be Vigilantes). The structure is usually one Inspector and the rest Bluecoats, and rather than you a Crew, you have an imperial Mandate.
